Valentine’s Day In Las Vegas

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and as you might guess, we love to celebrate love here at Eiffel Tower Restaurant inside the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The French actually have quite a reputation as experts on love and romance. With this in mind, we like to make Valentine’s Day a special day for our guests.

On February 14th, we open our doors  at 5pm, for our Sunset Seating. We offer a Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu which features such culinary enticements as Butter Poached Scallops, Warm Foie Gras with Braised Fennel, and Prime Filet Mignon with Bone Marrow Bread Pudding. This incredible menu is topped off with a Chocolate and Raspberry Meringue.

Wine pairings are also available for the full dining experience, but if you really want to toast to love and perhaps indulge in a little decadence, we will be featuring 2012 Dom Pérignon by the glass for $72 – a wonderful opportunity to make your toast a memorable one.
