Chef Joho discusses how to pair the perfect wine with your Thanksgiving feast.
Not cooking at home on Thanksgiving? Join Eiffel Tower Restaurant for Thanksgiving Dinner with a three-course menu by Chef/Proprietor J. Joho that starts off with choice of Cream of Butternut Squash, Duck Confit or Autumn Greens, Roasted Red, Yellow and Striped Beets; then Thanksgiving Turkey, Chestnut Dressing, Gratin Potatoes, Braised Red Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, Cranberry Compote; and for dessert Old Fashioned Style Pecan Pie, Butterscotch Ice Cream or Pumpkin Soufflé.
