At Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas, we can’t wait for summer and sipping on the perfect glass of Rosé while drinking in the fantastic view from our dining room. We love rosé because it’s the perfect summer staple and the flavors are simply divine.

New to rosé? Rosé wines have a long history dating back to ancient times, when Greek and Roman winemakers were discovering how to  press grapes to make them into juice. They noticed that if they left the grapes with their skins on just long enough, they start to ferment and create a delicate pale pink hue. Of course winemaking has a come a long way and today in Provence, France it has become the rosé capital; which rosé has been produced in the region for over 2000 years.

What we love best about Rosé wines at Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas is their culinary versatility. With their crisp, fruity flavors they provide a perfect pairing for almost any dish. Rosé is perfectly capable of joining forces with a wide array of flavors that’ll excite and please your palate. Join us for lunch and you can pair a Rosé with our Ocean Seafood Salad or Salmon Paillard as easily as you can pair it with our Duck Confit Hash or Aged Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Rosé even stands up perfectly to our Escargot, baked in butter, garlic and fresh herbs.
